Trust Bank is working with DFID for a Business Finance Challenge Fund under the name “Cash Management Decision Support System (CMDSS)”. The project is being implemented under the aegis of Financial Institution Division of Ministry of Finance and Bangladesh Bank. The project with an OD facility will support the agents in its liquidity management. To further support the agents TBL in collaboration with ShurjoMukhi is developing an app based solution for liquidity management, KYC, performance appraisal, real time location tracking, communication and training of agents.
To provide t-cash services TBL has established around 3,000 active t-cash Agents through Distributors across the country. TBL has recruited contractual employees country wide to expand the Agents and achieve the target through proper monitoring, guidance and assisting the Distributors.
