Departing Passenger:
- Receive all passengers from selective gates (curb side).
- Escort them inside for scanning luggage and check-in formalities.
- Complete the check in formalities
- Assist with the immigration formalities.
Arriving Passenger:
- Receive all passengers after the immigration area.
- After immigration formalities collect luggage from the belt.
- Escort passengers to the red or green channel as desired by the passengers
- Finally usher them to the car parking area /receiving host.
