Opening a new bank account with TBL is simple. Follow these steps:
National ID Card or valid passport
Two recent passport-size photographs of the applicant
Copy of a recent utility bill (Gas/Electricity/WASA/Telephone)
Nominee's photo ID and attested passport-size photograph
Beneficial owner/financer's:
Photograph
NID or valid passport
Source of fund documents (Trade License, Office ID, etc.)
Note: The bank may request additional documents for compliance and due diligence purposes.
Applicable as per the bank's current Schedule of Charges.
A savings account with the bank is required (preferably in the name of the student's financer).
Both the student and the financer must be physically present when opening the student file.
