For international transactions, the cardholder must endorse their passport against the prepaid card. Currently, the card is issued against the travel quota or lien on Foreign Currency Accounts (RFCD, ERQ, etc.).

Opening a new Dual Currency Prepaid Card with TBL is simple. Follow these steps:
Business Person: Copy of valid Trade License
Blogger / Freelancer: Copy of self-declaration, pay slip, or documentary proof of income
Homemaker: Copy of income document of spouse/parents
Landlord / Landlady: Copy of utility bill and self-declaration
Salaried Person: Copy of pay slip or salary certificate
Student: Copy of self-declaration or income document(s) of parents
01 — Application & KYC
The sourcing channel completes the KYC form and submits the properly completed application form along with the required documents to the Card Division.
02 — Document Verification
The Card Division reviews the submitted documents. If any discrepancy is identified, a query is sent to the respective sourcing channel.
03 — Card Issuance & Delivery
The Card Division issues and delivers the card according to the approved application.
04 — Exception Approval
Any exception related to card issuance or delivery must be approved by the Head of Cards / Head of Cards Operations.
