How to Upload Tax Return Acknowledgment

• The customer will be verified using the OTP sent to the customer’s registered mobile number when submitting the Income Tax Return Acknowledgement Receipt.
• The customer must upload the correct Income Tax Return Acknowledgement Receipt. If the uploaded receipt contains any incorrect or false information, the customer will be required to comply with appropriate action in accordance with the prevailing laws of Bangladesh.
• If the customer has multiple accounts and/or term deposits, submission of the e-TIN against any one of the accounts will be sufficient.
• The maximum file size for upload is 5 MB.
• Only scanned copies/images of the Income Tax Return Acknowledgement Receipt in PNG, JPEG, or JPG format, as well as PDF format, can be uploaded.
• To submit the Income Tax Return Acknowledgement Receipt through the website, the customer’s 12-digit e-TIN number must be registered with the bank. If the e-TIN number is not registered, the customer must register it by submitting a copy of the e-TIN at any Trust Bank branch or sub-branch.
