Complete Solution of Agricultural Loan

Bangladeshi citizens who is identified as a real farmer and directly related to the agricultural activities such as cultivation, production or farming.

Purpose: 

  • Cultivation of crops (rice, vegetables, spices, oil seeds, etc.)
  • Fisheries project.
  • Livestock farm such as Poultry, Dairy, Beef Fattening.
  • To purchase agricultural tools and irrigational equipment.
  • Marginal people’s income-generating activities.

 

Features:

  1. Facility Type: Time Loan, Term Loan or OD Limit.
  2. Loan Tenor:
  • 06 months to 48 months.
  • For Crops Loan: Tenor will be set according to the loan schedule for crops production mentioned in Bangladesh Bank Agricultural Credit Policy.
  1. Loan Amount:
  • BDT 50,000 and above, based on the assessment of customers’ need.
  • For Crops Loan: Limit will be set according to the loan schedule for crops production mentioned in Bangladesh Bank Agricultural Credit Policy;
  1. Interest Rate: Rate will follow the current bank policy or any instruction issued by Bangladesh Bank from time to time.

 

  1. Security/ Collateral:
  • Hypothecation of Crops, Stock, Receivables, Machineries
  • Collateral free up to 5-acre land for crops cultivation.
  • Collateral Free- up to Tk.10.00 Lac for Entrepreneurship Loan.
  • Personal & Spouse Guarantee.
  • 3rd party guarantee.
  • Post/Undated Cheque.
  • Insurance coverage (if required)
  1. Proprietorship, Partnership, Private Limited Company or any individual/farmer who is directly engaged to the agricultural activities for at least 02 years.
  2. No defaulter is allowed for Agriculture loans

Required Documents

  • National/Smart ID card;
  • Photograph
  • Updated CIB report
  • Valid & Updated Trade License;
  • TIN/VAT (if any)                              
  • Bank Statement;
  • Company Seal;
  • Any other Documents (if Required)

For Crops Loan:

  • Farmers ID card issued by Govt. Authority or Certificate obtained from Union Chairman/Member/Collage Principal/ School Head Master/ Asstt. Head Master or any other person accepted to the bank.
  • 10 Taka account holders;
